Parents who bring their children to school by car are advised that their cars should not be brought into the school grounds. The borough's health and safety officer considers that this should be prevented as children are at risk and the area is extremely congested at times. Also direct access for the transport of our special needs children who attend nursery has to be maintained.

Please note that any member of staff who requests a driver to park outside the school grounds is acting on my instructions.

Any inconvenience is regretted but children's safety must come first.
